I was waiting patiently to get on the bus. A gentleman was assisting with luggage. I waited until the end and had my large suitcase and said I only speak English, he replied Bulgarian. I looked at him, unsure what to do. I had the driver scan my ticket and asked about my luggage and he pointed. I proceeded to load my large suitcase. I am a female senior solo traveler for the first time. The end of 90 days. The helper then went to the drivers and were laughing. I have no problem if I need to load it, he was loading all the others. I was unsure what to do. I had fallen in love with Sofia and now not so sure about it

I should have bought a paper ticket because online seats were not assigned so I had to move and wait for am everyone to sit in their seat and find the last free one, not very comfortable as the bus was full

I have given two stars for the staff as the woman who checked our tickets was very offhand. She seemed angry that our tickets were on a mobile device and not a paper copy. I couldn't understand what she was saying as she spoke Bulgarian, but she made it very clear that she was put out.
