Full bus. Seat rows close together, impossible to stretch legs. Short, 2 hour, trip; able to tolerate inability to move legs. I would NOT recommend Karat-S for any trips longer than 2 hours.

I have given two stars for the staff as the woman who checked our tickets was very offhand. She seemed angry that our tickets were on a mobile device and not a paper copy. I couldn't understand what she was saying as she spoke Bulgarian, but she made it very clear that she was put out. The bus trip itself was ok.
