Austria Express receives positive feedback from users who appreciate the overall service and express their intention to use it again. However, some have noted that there was no Wi-Fi available on the bus during a transfer.

The bus was over 7 hours late into Kyiv and it was not entirely due to the weather or the border crossing into Ukraine. The bus left Vienna 50 minutes late to begin with. In addition, the drivers took three 30-minute breaks by the time we got to Poland. Why?

The quality of service on Austrian Express has gone down since we first used it one year ago. It's slower because of multiple 40-minute stops each way that were not to change drivers or give them a rest.
