The service was great, driver was helpful and the vehicle was safe and clesn. However, there was a long delay ( more than an hour ) which unfortunately effected my traveling plans.

We didn’t enjoy it being 20 mins late and the disgusting state of the on board toilet. We did enjoy the driver who was helpful and tried to make up some of the time.

Good they were on time. Bad - They need to announce the stop. We missed our stop. Could not find driver to ask until she jumped on bus and started driving. We had to go 20 minutes away from our stop before it stopped again and we could get off.
