Socibus has received feedback highlighting the comfort of their journeys, although some users have noted that seat space can be quite limited and uncomfortable for longer trips. Additionally, there are mentions of delays during driver changes and issues with charging ports not functioning properly. Overall, while Socibus provides a generally comfortable experience, improvements in seating arrangements could enhance passenger satisfaction further.

The bus was on time and arrived early, the Seville station however did not update departure boards and I was lucky enough someone was working to direct me where to go. Not a Socibus issue but a station issue. The bus however left more than 15mins late due to trying to load a large group of people with lots of bags. And the drive still arrived 15mins early.

The driver was friendly and tried to help even though we spoke English. We were under the impression that we would be taken directly to the airport. When we had to switch buses at the bus station it was difficult because our Spanish wasn’t good enough to be understood. We did finally get on the correct bus and make it to the airport. I would suggest this trip would be better for fluent Spanish speakers.

good: mostly on time, driver took care that everyone is on board after breaks bad: no drinking allowed despite 17h trip, taking shoes off not allowed, wifi didn't have any internet connection
