No, no need to print your Socibus ticket! Simply show your e-ticket on your smartphone along with a valid photo ID to board the bus. Your e-ticket will be emailed to you when you book on Busbud.
Yes, you can cancel and refund your Socibus bus ticket up to 2 hours before departure time. You can do so directly from the Busbud website.
Yes, there is a toilet on all Socibus buses. The toilet is generally located at the back of the bus or near the middle door. Most bus toilets do not have running water, so we recommend bringing hand sanitizer with you.
Yes, it is possible to transport bicycles or sports equipment for a €10.00 EUR fee that must paid at the bus company counter at the station before your departure. All equipment must be properly packed to avoid possible damages.
Yes, Socibus allows pets in the hold of the bus. You need to contact Socibus at least 24 hours before your trip to reserve your pet's place. Certified Service animals are always allowed on the bus.
