no drinking and eating allowed on a 16h trip, nobody spoke a word of english, no wifi despite advertisement

Excellent service but very confusing bus stop, lots of people were stressed thinking they couldn’t get on the bus to their destination because of the different numbers system- maybe have an explanation that there are multiple buses going to the same place at the same time?
