The driver was very nice and arrived early, unfortunately he had to switch the vehicle because of a technical problem, but he was quick and upfront about the issue. Nice quiet ride and no issues. It's a tight ride in a van but all the passengers were very quiet and easy to ride with. I will be using the service again.

They picked us up on time. The car was clean, had air conditioning, and the driver was professional. What I didn't like was that he was tailgating the other cars, which made us nervous, not to mention the bad smell from the driver's armpits, which filled the car the entire way.

The service of tourexpress was terrible. Tlhe direction of the pick up spot was not clear. I was only a few feet awsy snd still could not locate the bus. Then they claimed to kave called me but i received no call and my cell calll log did not indicate a csll from the driver, so they lied. They refused to let me take the ride the next day without paying another $50 dollars. Never again!

I expected it to be a bus, but it was a van. It wasn't advertised as such. Had I known it was a car and not a bus, I would have booked a different ticket. Other than that, the driver was very polite and I have zero complaints.
