The driver was very nice and arrived early, unfortunately he had to switch the vehicle because of a technical problem, but he was quick and upfront about the issue. Nice quiet ride and no issues. It's a tight ride in a van but all the passengers were very quiet and easy to ride with. I will be using the service again.

They picked us up on time. The car was clean, had air conditioning, and the driver was professional. What I didn't like was that he was tailgating the other cars, which made us nervous, not to mention the bad smell from the driver's armpits, which filled the car the entire way.

We did not realise on booking that we would be travelling by car, we thought we had booked a bus. The driver was pleasant, however, made no effort to interact with his passengers (my family of four and the other 3 passengers). We were not allowed to eat (I understand mess in a car) however it also said we were not allowed to drink, this was a 2hrs drive. During our journey I was taking photos of the scenery, appreciating the beautiful autumnal colours when the driver barked at me and stated I wasn't allowed to take photos, there were signs up staying we weren't allowed to do certain things, photos of the countryside was not one. I do believe my child was right when he said he maybe thought the photos were of the speed the driver was driving at, certainly not the speed limit shall we say. Also at some points he was noted to be driving at speed right up behind other cars (yes I'm a driver and know this is dangerous).
