The bus itself was lovely. Privacy curtain and large reclining seats. I just didn’t like that my bus was delayed for 3 and a half hours. At first I was told it would only be delayed 2 hours and then every time I asked for updates I was told it was 5 minutes away. Other than that the journey was fine.
