I was not super happy with the the driving style. Lots of time driving in th wrong lane to avoid potholes but not necessarily giving priority to safety. Also the WC was not empty at Puerto Natales and the liquid was beyond the working limit.

We paid extra for comfortable seats in the lower level of the bus, journey was excellent and staff gave us notice of the process of going over the border, time for stops, bathroom stop. With noting that a luggage tip is expected at end of the journey.

Didn’t like:
1. The bus was supposed to get back at 8:30 pm, but got us back at 10:10 pm… The operators seemed to be not concerned about the delay and instead of taking steps to accelerate the journey, stopped the bus a couple of times on extended breaks. Not sure if these were scheduled stops as the bus was supposed to be a non-stop service!
2. To be fair, part of the delay originated at the border crossing, especially the one to enter Argentina.
