It was freezing in the bus. I was in the last four (4) rows and as I looked around, everyone had blankets or jackets over their bodies. It was very uncomfortable.
It was one and a half hours late. I do understand that things happen, so as long as I am informed, it’s ok. I was never informed.

Nice large seats that recline. WiFi on board. Relaxing ride that I didn’t have to drive for less than the cost of gas for the same trip.
My seat had a tv above it that was fixed so I had to remember that when I stood up.
