The driver on multiple occasions pulled over to talk on his cell phone and when passengers asked why we were stopped so long he said it was a personal matter. He then sped to try and make up lost time, but in the end was still half an hour late to destination. We were never asked for our tickets or names, I have no idea if any passenger were missed.
