Convenient times of travel. The ac plugs did not work or fit the standard plug. The plug would fall out and would not transfer any charge. The bathroom was dirty with no ability to flush.

The bus was great but I had difficulty finding the right station in El Paso due to difficulty finding the address on confirmation emails. Also there were no announcements in English at that station. The station in Albuquerque was difficult for Uber drivers to find even with the address.

The driver persevered in a hour-long incessant conversation with a passenger leaning over his shoulder. They spoke loudly and it was highly disturbing. The driver forgot he had his right blinker on for a long time, even overtaking other vehicles without discovering he was turning into a left lane while using his right turning signal. Dangerous behavior!!

Very dissatisfied with the service .I wait 4 hours on the bus station to get in the bus.I suppose to take the bus at 9:20am and finally take the bus at 1:00pm.The personal who work there very rude

The driver was quite lovely and well versed in both primary languages of the passengers. She made the trip run very smoothly and we arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule. The bus was clean as well as the lavatory (which is NOT standard on most bus lines) and so I was delightful surprised. All-in-all: stellar and quick trip not to be forgotten for future arrangements.
