Fort Lauderdale Greyhound Reception desk staff said to sit down and wait as there was a shift change. The desk was closed for an hour. Lots of people waiting for tickets. Turns out all staff were having a staff meeting. I almost missed my bus.

Rude and uninterested staff in FLL, Bus was 15 min. early, greyhound station was dirty, air conditioning in the bus was broken - could hardly breathe! I always try to avoid greyhound, but this time I didn’t have a chance. They constantly disappoint, I don’t even know why it exists.

Staff at the bus station werent clear that it was time to get on the bus, so i missed the bus. Very dissatisfied with how unclear the staff were regarding boarding the bus. Dissatisfied with the driver as they wouldnt open the door as i ran to catch the bus

This is a very useful service. It would have been even better if the was a company Red Coach logo posted at the pickup points to reassure travelers that they were indeed in the right pickup spot.

When the bus arrived, the driver asked me to show the ticket for confirmation, after he reviewed he asked me to get in the bus, after on the road I asked the driver when when we will be arriving to Miami international, he said that the bus was going to Orlando, after several calls he made to his office He said that he cannot drop me at Orlando so I told him to drop me at the next stop, he did it, he drop me a Palm beach stop, from there I took a taxi to Palm beach international to and bought a ticket back home to Charlotte, NC.
For this reason I lost the flight to Costa Rica
