Some lady went crazy on the bus and got sick so we had to pull over for her- issue is that I have no money for a hotel and no ride home at 1am since I got sent to NY and have to wait to go to hartford. I will be arriving at 1am and have no way to get home. I spent almost $80 on these tickets bc I have my 10 year old and the staff at the counter basically ignored me even though I’ve as very kind but next to tears- one of the staff heard me- turned around and said I’m Going on my break. I had to beg someone to help me. The drove was awesome as they all ate but this doesn’t help my current situation. I purposely bought that ticket to get me close to home so I could get a ride. We left at 11am this morning so needless tod ya- I’m not thrilled and I’m scared bc I don’t know what to do
