They were late both on departure and arrival. They were just delayed on the trip. There is no Wi-Fi, and they played very loud movies on the trip.

Trip time was stated as 18 hrs from Ica to Cusco. The trip is taking 25 hours. With one stop to eat 5 minutes after leaving Ica and another at 6 in the morning. No opportunities to buy snacks or water other than the snacks we brought originally not accounting for the 7 extra hours we will need to spend on the bus. So from the last food stop at 6 am to final arrival at 8pm, don’t expect to eat. Loud movies played all day with no chance to turn them off.
Users have highlighted the comfort of the seats, which recline well and are complemented by charging USB ports. Snacks were appreciated as an added bonus. However, there was a mention of some discrepancies with seat angles not matching advertisements and occasional issues with temperature control due to high radiator settings during night travel.

Very comfy seats and great snacks. Unfortunately the radiator was left on very high for a long period throughout the night which meant it got seriously hot. Other than that, very good

Nice enough, cheap, but 2 hours late departure. And then the journey was 3 hours longer than they said. Very warm during the day. Not very clean toilets, not the best seats for such a long journey.

My 18h bus ride turned into 29h, the bus was late, the driver was uncooperative, and the bus itself was super uncomfortable.

Turned up 1 hour late, journey time for more than 3 hours extra than expected. Heat was on full power the entire trip which made it unbearable.
