Well organized on time departure from Lima. Bus was clean and comfortable. Bathroom on board was convenient. Arrival on time at final destination.

We bought a ticket for the 8:00 bus, after two hours they sent me a message on WhatsApp that there were roadblocks and they brought it up to 5:30, because we thought there were roadblocks so we agreed to bring the time up. In the middle of the trip we stopped in a town in the middle for 3 hours where there was a guide and gave a tour to a group on a bus that they had paid for a tour with a bus company, and we arrived 5 hours after the original time, when I wrote to them I was told that it was a tourism company and not a bus company, they do it regularly and there is no roadblock. A tourist business. Very, very annoying.

The bas was easy to find and left on time. The seat belt for the seat I was allocated was broken and inoperable and the overhead air conditioning vent and charging port was missing due to a cheap repair that was previously carried out. The seat was cramped particularly when the seat in front was reclined
