No place for our legs, common film and loud sound. Stops to pick up locals all along the trip or drop them off. Arrive at destination 2 hours late.
No meal or stop to eat in the evening... very bad experience. I don't recommend it !
We left Ica at 6pm and arrived Cusco midnight of the next day. During the trip the drivers never told us where we were or how long we would stop in each place. There were several protestes on the streets. The toilet was really bad.
The bus was very spacious and comfortable. The seats reclined back nicely. I was sitting near to the bathroom and the smell was really bad for the entire journey, so don’t book a seat near the back of the bus
This was honestly the best (long) bus trip I have ever made. The chairs were very comfortable, there was an entertainment system for each seat (like on the airplane) and the staff was super friendly. There are always things that can be improved, like don't serve dinner at 22:00 but hive a decent breakfast instead. But compared to other long bus trips this was great and we were very satisfied.
For the price we were pleasantly surprised with the seat comfort and 2 meals provided. Really like that Cruz del sur have individual TV screens (unlike other buses that play films out loud all night) so the bus was nice and quiet for a good sleep. Was late but only by 30 mins, rest of the journey was really smooth, would definitely recommend!
The bus was delayed. The staff were unhelpful. There was no Wi-fi as stated that there would be and very limited food and drink for such a long period of time. The bus was freezing cold and then boiling hot and no one was there to say anything to. Very disappointed.
Our seats was dirty (an ice cream we thought). After 13 hours the bus was broken and we stayed on the road for more than one hour. Ah another things: in the morning the women’s toilets was broken. At the end a touristic bus took us an brought us to Cusco.
Terrible! The bus crashed at 3am and there was ZERO communication as to what was happening. Another bus came to get us at 12pm and we arrived 13 hours later than schedualed. I understand there was an accident but no one told us anything throughout the whole process even though we kept asking. We weren’t allowed off the bus to stretch our feet or breath (given post crash the bus was off and hence no airflow). TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and their whole operation was efficient. It was almost as if we were flying first class! Would highly recommend this bus company! Easily the best bus company in South America!!
