Bus from Kingston, CA to Ottawa, CA: Tickets & Timetables

The ride was smooth and the seating was comfortable. The bus was a little late, but not enough for me to truly be dissatisfied in any way!

Flixbus o my refunded me for a voucher when their buses kept running 2 hours late

It wasn't great because I purchased a ticket for the west end of Ottawa and it dropped me off in the east end.

The driver was not driving responsibly. On the 401 barely avoided hitting a sign indicating the left lane closing, he slammed on the breaks and swerved and it threw everyone forward in their chair. He also pulled over several minutes later on the side of the highway without providing any information as to why, got out and then got back in about 5 minutes later. Felt like communication was not present and that the driving overall made me feel unsafe.

The ride was smooth and prompt. Comfortable temperature. Driver arrived early and delivered us on time/a bit early as well!

Enjoyed: Very pleasant, very helpful (I'm an 85 year old senior and needed some help) and excellent driver. Also a soft (springy?) ride - very comfortable. Didn't enjoy: The seal belt was a little high and cut across my throat and I'm 5'6".

The bus was 75 minutes late, arriving with no warning, and the bus itself was quite dirty...

It was wonderful. The driving conditions were terrible, however; it was obvious the DRIVER, was very skilled. Thumbs up.

The bus never showed up, took a bus from Toronto to Kingston when we got off the bus at 3am in Kingston we were told the next bus was not coming so we were stuck in Kingston untill the next bus came at 630am there was no notice given that the bus was not coming. No information at all I would have made other plans if I would have known it was a complete waste of time I would not use this again

Bus was comfortable, nice service and extremly helpful driver with information.

Original delay message indicated 10-15 minutes but then showed an hour late.

Service was smooth, driver was courteous and helpful but was late. I realise it was because of the time of day and likely traffic from Toronto so didn’t mark them down on this

The bus left and arrived on time, was clean, spacious, and quiet, and even kindly offered refreshments

I went on a completely different bus because y'all were gonna show up an hour and a half late and I had a flight to catch

Bus was punctual and was very accurate with its estimated time of arrival. The seats were very comfortable and the staff was very nice and attentive to the customer.

Bus specified 20mins late and ended up being over an hour late taking another 20minutes in Kingston. Additionally the bathroom door lock was missing so the door wouldn’t stay closed. This was quite difficult as the door had to be held shut to use the restroom with no hand sanitizer left in the restroom so I had to just wait till after the bus ride ended to was my hands. This was honestly one of the worst rides I’ve had with ourbus.

I caught the bus in Kingston going to Ottawa. The bus arrived 40 minutes late, then only left Kingston 1 hour after the schedule departure timing, resulting in the bus being an hour late to Ottawa. I would not recommend this service to someone. There are better services available.

Terrible I tried to reschedule for 30 min I tried and then I was told I was 10 min too late

Was good however I was not updated on the postponed time, no email or text. I could have left because I thought the bus left without me but luckily I still caught it a half hour later.

The bus was delayed 2 hours and once we arrived it was delayed another 2 hours with out any emails notifying us.

I was notified in the morning that my bus arriving around 1 would be 15 minutes late. Little did I know that meant 50 minutes late. No other notifications were sent my way. I was also told. Would have wifi and an outlet on the bus, which I did not have. The bus driver was very nice and the drive itself was fine, but the fact that I could not track the bus ahead of time, I wasn’t properly notified about how late the bus would be, and that I paid for certain things that were not even present on the bus was frustrating.
