Initial bus was delayed so all passengers were sent by scary cab ride to Cincinnati to make connections. Route 1198 did not leave until well after 2 pm when scheduled departure was 12:35. Passengers were not kept updated, and staff was indifferent almost nonchalant ("well it's not even 30 minutes late yet") bout the delat. The bus itself was dirty, COLD, and power supply for charging devices was not working. All in all, very disappointed in my trip. I will not be a repeat customer. My time is more valuable and the attitude of staff shows that this is the norm rather than the exception.
