Although the bus was late by 30 minutes, it was a Sunday with less traffic, so I still arrived on-time to my destinantion. In addition, the ride was smooth and the bus was very clean. I will continue to use this company in the future.
Overall it was OK, the driver didn’t speed, it was a safe trip, which is most important. My chair could only stand up right or all the way down, that was a bit annoying. My monitor didn’t work, but I didn’t mind. USB socket worked just fine to charge. I ordered a vegetarian snack, but they didn’t have it.
Overall it was a pretty good bus and a good price. I had two issues which were a stink from some kind of bathroom malfunction and also I couldn't hear the tv by the seat because it takes a two-pronged headphone attachment. I don't think most people have this on their headphones and the bus didn't give out any. I asked the staff member and she pretty much ignored me and went back to watching her own phone instead of doing any work.
