Very comfortable bus, much nicer than we expected! Lots of legroom and very clean. We missed our first bus due to crazy traffic in Lima, but staff were very helpful in helping us book a later one. The requirement to print the ticket is kind of dumb, but overall would highly recommend!

Called 45 min in advance to say we were stuck in traffic and would be very tight for the trip. Said they couldn’t do anything for us since we were minus than an hour before the bus. Got there at 9:01 and the bus left in our face without waiting for us. Had to buy a new ticket.

Comfortable seats, bus was on time, and we had help finding it as we are not Spanish speaking (English). The trip was smooth and they provide snacks as well. What we enjoyed the most was that they had tour guides/sponsors waiting for us once we arrived to Ica. Jose (Antonio) was amazing and he was our driver for the few days that we stayed there. His recommendations of places to eat and attractions made Ica ten times better.

We bought a ticket for the 8:00 bus, after two hours they sent me a message on WhatsApp that there were roadblocks and they brought it up to 5:30, because we thought there were roadblocks so we agreed to bring the time up. In the middle of the trip we stopped in a town in the middle for 3 hours where there was a guide and gave a tour to a group on a bus that they had paid for a tour with a bus company, and we arrived 5 hours after the original time, when I wrote to them I was told that it was a tourism company and not a bus company, they do it regularly and there is no roadblock. A tourist business. Very, very annoying.

The bas was easy to find and left on time. The seat belt for the seat I was allocated was broken and inoperable and the overhead air conditioning vent and charging port was missing due to a cheap repair that was previously carried out. The seat was cramped particularly when the seat in front was reclined
