The staff on this line are the worst ever ecountered in a customer type support. They misplaced my luggage after communicating to them that it was on a bus that departed. I was assured the bus would return. Well now im here in San Antonio and no luggage. After speaking to numerous staff and givin the run around at the greyhound station in San Antonio I was finally given information on putting in a claim.
