I enjoyed the comfort of the seats what I didn’t like is that the panels where had to put our cables didn’t work

I didn't enjoy seating by the toilets its smelling and disturbs sleep when people come in and out of the toilet. I loved that it was a smooth safe drive I made it in time were I was going too, i also loved thag i was able to seat with my Mom the person i was going with because the huy was kind enough to let us seat together.When we buy tickets can we all have an option to book a specific seat so that its first come first serve on the booking not for the seating arrangement.

Firstly the bus was suppose to depart @ 10:55 but it came at 12:05pm N we have to wait for passengers that were in the bus to come back from the rest rooms and shops to sit down to see if we get space, no more sit numbers allocation anymore. Secondly, we were supposed to arrive @ 17h25 but we arrived after 19h00, there was no explanations... Nothing and we have to struggle to get transport to go further. I am very disappointed, I will never refer anyone to this bus. Lastly, please teach your drivers to greet ppl. Thank u.
