I'm so regretting myself for choosing that bus.my ticket said we leave by 6:00 bt we left by 9:50 and made us overload I didn't even have seat I was sitting on the floor 😭 the whole night and day I just arrived by 6:38 at Cape town now taxes are finished here. The condition of the bus is bad and second we did not depart at 6pm but instead we where shunt around in an dodgey place and departed only at 7:30 somewhere dark. There are no heaters ,our bags are damaged ,driver are very RUDE. They charged R100 per bag. And we were supposed to arrive at 9am ,but now it's 13:45 and we are still on the way. They refuse us to relieve ourselves. This journey is very frustrating and 1 of us missed her interviews. I will never ever recommend your buses to my family and friends.

Terrible, Departure was to be 7:05 bus arrived at 21:00. There was no help when it came to loading your luggage every man for himself. I was cold kak cold, charging pods don't work we had 2 Tyres burst how we survived.. 1 Tyre was put in wrong so we needed to wait for another mechanic. If this is luxurious 🤣 ke sharp.

I arrived at Park Station two hours early for the 15:00 bus. First of all no security knew the liner/bus until we met a guy named Brian who told us that the bus was postponed to 5pm and we should wait. I waited until 5:30pm when Brian called us to queue for the ticket checking, at the queue we were surprised to be asked R50 for my mini bag. Fine after; we were directed to a no name bus and apparently it was a Luqman bus that had an overload passenger and LL VAYA AFRICA passengers were told to get out but the Brian guy made sure that we stayed regardless of the situation. Otherwise our drivers were nice
