Great trip. Bus conditions were good. Facilities were worn down and it would be nice to have outlet ports to charge phones/computers.

Bus dropped me off almost 50 mins late for absolutely no reason. My driver delayed leaving about 15 mins to make a suggestion on someone to hold a guitar even though they didn’t have to. The bus also smelled like B.O. insanely bad with uncomfortable seats to top it off

Ourbus from NYC to Worcester was packed but I was able to get my own seat. Loved that there is water on board and I could charge my phone. The Wifi wasn't great. The ride took way too long
