The driver was very polite and nice. His driving was calm and steady, we felt comfortable and at ease, sure to arrive sound and safe in Boston. However the coach was in a disastrous state, very old, the seats' covering were shed, the seat could not be reclined anymore. the bus front bumper was not in a good shape either. I would not take Greyhound again.
