Th bus driver was very rude and onboarding process was a mess with yelling and not explaining anything

Pretty decent,bus was on time it was clean and spacious

Two people were smoking in the bus and driver did not even notice that.

My mum is 75 years old, doesn’t speak English. Explained the driver that she was going to DC. But the driver let my mum out on their stop at Baltimore, saying last stop. Somehow we logged in to her phone tracking account , figured out where she was, my sister drove 1,5 hours Virginia to pick her up. That was so sad.

First bus was late… by 40-50 minutes… so I missed the connection, and so I had to wait for another. The next bus to Washington was also late, so I had to ride the bus to Atlanta, and drop off at Washington with a dozen other people.

Pretty bad .. I paid extra for the shorter trip and still got there pne hour late ... I also paid for direct trip to DC but still had to stop in Baltimore.. The bus was over packed all the time

The 2nd operator provided much more detailed information such as why there was an hour layover; the first wasn't too detailed.

Your bus i have use was very clean and very comfortable. your drivers professional and friendly.

It was a nice ride

I did not get a correct address to board the bus which resulted in me missing the bus. I am still not sure if the bus arrived or not

Will never take again this bus which does not have any phone charger, wifi and reading light. No sign to indicate the bus stop.

The bus driver never said what stop we were at /or the final stop. We were sitting on the bus asking each other
