Horrible. Ado bus (16.15 the sunday 2 november)live Oaxaca 1 hour later and the bus comes at puerto Escondido at 21.00 ( it must be there at 19.30) so i can't take my cooespondance previus to 19.45 for san cristobal de casas !
No bus before 2 days and at 21.30 i had to pay 1/ a new ticket of bud the 4/11/2025
2/ take a taxi to go, at 22.00 to an hotel in pierto

The bus was comfortable and modern but the departure was late. We arrived to be told “the bus is delayed” with no indication of how long. We ended up waiting almost an hour with no explanation or apology

When i later tried to pass onto the bus the people behind the desk said there was no 4.15 bus even though the app said there was and that i couldnt get the bus till the next day. I am very disappointed and would like a refund as the reason I was delayed a transfer to puerto escondido was completely out of my power
