there should be some kinds of protocol for passengers. some of them act rudes. The bus does not stopped in a place that we can get coffee at least. It should be a better place to pick up and check in passengers , we got all wet and in the middle of all traffic coming and going. thanks

Had to keep backpack on my knees the whole time due to unavailability of overhead storage. Foul smell from some passengers made me gag. No charge ports for cell phones and no wifi on board.
