My bus did not show up, 15 of us waited for 3 hours and the bus didn't show. No way to contact anyone. I spent 60 dollars on Uber to get to the bus and back to my house.

Didn’t enjoy- 1. Bust left 1 hr 50 min late 2. In Ottawa I asked the driver to turn on the individual light switches so I could read my book, he did . After the break in Kingston these lights were turned off again. Why? 3. I was the only person who got off in Belleville. Lights were off in the bus. How can I check if I had left anything in my seat with the lights off. Driver waiting outside as I made way out in the dark

Great new bus with plush leather seating. The only issue I have is that they recline too much into the seat behind. When the passenger infront of me reclined all the way back his headrest was pretty much just inches from my face. I couldn't even eat or take a drink. Very intrusive!
