Ebus User Reviews
Ebus receives praise for its friendly and professional drivers, contributing to a safe and smooth journey. Passengers appreciate the clean buses but note that Wi-Fi connectivity could be improved. Some reviews mention delays in arrival times, uncomfortable seating arrangements, and occasional issues with staff behavior or facilities like restrooms needing attention.
I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. I actually screwed up and book my departure for the wrong date (one full week). The girl at the kiosk caught it prior to boarding and was able to switch my departure. I wasn’t super excited that the fare nearly tripled based on “dynamic pricing” as the bus was nowhere near full but it is what it is. Seats were very roomie with a foot rest. Free Wi-Fi (which didn’t work but it was a nice ‘feature’). Electrical outlet to charge my phone and iPad. An air vent that actually blew cool air. And there was a bathroom onboard. Eric was my bus driver and he was incredibly pleasant and friendly. Very satisfied with my experience overall and would use Ebus again in a heartbeat. In fact, given this experience, I would never fly from Edmonton to Calgary again and just take the bus.

There was an unavoidable delay of an hour and a half but the biggest disappointment was how a passenger took my seat when I stepped off the bus for a few minutes in Chilliwack and would not agree to have let me have my previous seat... I was gone for about 2 minutes and she was aware that I had been sitting in that seat before I got off the bus.

It went very smoothly and quickly. A very pleasant experience and so nice not to have to drive.

Brand new bus! Loved the comfort and ease of the ride.
Sandra A.
The ride was comfortable, the driver was kind and pleasant, and took care of us because our bus was late. And when it finally arrived, it turned out there was a problem with it, so she took us to her bus.
