Everything was fine except for the issue with our luggage. I’m a woman, 50 kg and 1.50 m tall, and the luggage storage area was at head height for me, so I couldn’t reach to lift my suitcase because it was heavy. Unfortunately, no staff offered assistance at the time. I had to ask for help, and when someone finally came, they appeared visibly annoyed. They took my suitcase and, rather than placing it carefully, they threw it inside quite roughly.
