I had a really bad experience on greyhound heading back home to Washington from New York The bus Broke down in New Jersey too almost 2 hrs maybe more before another bus arrived and then once I arrived at Washington I realized there was a bag of mines missing I went to make a baggage claim and was greeted by an extremely rude Lady at the ticket stand who would refused to give me here name and on top of that told me to go look for a supervisor when I asked if she could get a higher up for me all and all I’ll give my trip a 2 out of 10 also the WiFi did not work the entire trip
