Your drivers are very skilled and professional. On this trip the driver didn’t just keep us safe and on time, he put up with a passenger who was an eccentric nuisance.
In his place, I would have lacked that grace,

The coach was roomy and the seats were comfortable; the ride smooth with a nice twenty-minute break stop; but there was a weird high-pitched gurgling noise somewhere behind me most of the time, which annoyed me.

The seats were cramped for 6 hours. I couldn’t extend my legs, the seat was unsupportive to my back and made it hurt, the window was dirty on the inside, the seat in front of mg face was dirty, there was no table or bottle holder. The bus arrived 1-1.5 hours later at the airport than it said it would and I almost missed my flight because of it. Traffic was ok, but so many stops off the highway.

I was so desapointed as there was neither wifi nor a TV on board to see any movie. There were not announcements during the travel to let passengers know where they were and what was the next stop.
