The bus driver was very friendly and helpful. The bus departed and arrived on time. However, the wifi didn't work on the bus. The driver said he couldn't do anything about it. Also there was no sign in the airport or in the bus stand or on the Our Bus info that explained where to go to find the bus. More specific details would be helpful, including signs near the baggage claim.

I did not get to make this journey because I was told hours before the ride that passengers with more than one suitcase would need to purchase another ticket for each additional suitcase to ensure space. This would have been helpful to know before I purchased my original ticket. It ended up being more economical to just take an uber ride to my final destination.
