Things were good. First time I use Trailways and I liked it. But there weren’t instructions on where to find the bus in Destiny mall. I had to ask around about the bus stop. And because the bus did not show up until 4:50 sharp, I was not sure if I’m in the eighth place
It was great the bus was clean and smelled good
This was one of the best Trailways rides I had. The driver was friendly and helpful.
IT was great
The transfer from Syracuse bus station to Ithaca was luckily at 5 because the bus from Syracuse airport to the bus station at 4:05 was 45+ minutes late. The bus driver and support person on the phone were very nice
It was a great experience
Super late and rude
First driver was rude. Appreciate the timeliness. I know it can be hard
Staff was kind of rude and there was very little information on the transfer
Bus driver was extremely rude to passengers. Got mad at people boarding even though they didn’t know the procedure. Many of the employees in the bus station were also rude, and just acted like everyone should know how everything works, so they were annoyed when I asked a question
The driver was very kind and friendly but the Trailways staff on the phone were not very professional.
Awesome service, bus driver was very helpful and kind
Love the actual bus ride and the seats are great. But the bus was late and the phone customer service reps were rude.
Except for the bus being late, the trip was very pleasant.
Good driver, clean bus
Trip was nice and quiet
The driver was very kind & professional. The bus was also very clean and comfortable.
I had a pleasant experience on the trailways bus. It was clean and the driver was nice.
Bus left late. Everyone waited around for >30 minutes.
The bus never showed up
Good driver. Willing to adjust temp. Got bags out promptly.
really great and comfortable trip
Good driver, kept us informed, and I was comfortable on the bus. Very strange that there is no bus station open at Ithaca, and that dozens of people were waiting out on a cold windy snowy sidewalk to get on the bus back to Syracuse.
My first bus was 40 minutes late. Second bus was on time to pick up but we arrived late and we weren’t even told where the bus would be dropping us off
Not only was the bus 30 minutes late, there was absolutely no communication. We called customer service twice before we got any information at all.
the bus was 30 minutes late and there was no notification: email or otherwise. the driver was nice enough after coming but i ended up at my destination over an hour later than anticipated
Pickup location in Ithaca had changed. That information should be publicized and on tickets
No real signage at Syracuse airport to let u know where to get bus. They have the airport torn up!!! For non locals there needs to be signage. Thx
I take this bus weekly. The driver is very nice and the bus is clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.
The bus was very clean and comfortable. I got to my destination very close to the expected time.
