Driver stopped the bus twice pulling off on the side of the turnpike for bus troubles. Kept driving, and eventually halfway through the 4 hour drive the bus broke down. Said a new bus would be sent, at that point we were already delayed 2 hours, probably would’ve been another 1 hr or so for the new bus to get to us. So myself and a few other passengers shared an Uber to get to our destination. Very disappointed, this was the first and last time I’ll ever take a bus anywhere

I was unable to reschedule my return trip because of the inflexibility of the supervisor of the initial person I attempted to reschedule with. My brother died while I was here and I attempted to reschedule before the funeral arrangements were finalized. The greyhound supervisor said I could reschedule for an additional $20 if I chose my trip immediately. My sister who flew had no charge added to reschedule her flight from Midway to Austin. When I looked at greyhound to schedule a return trip to Toledo, the price increased to ($63+), much more than the Amtrak $44. I scheduled a train trip home.
