The bus driver was very friendly and did a great job. I do think it is rather a daunting task to actually board the bus as there is no queuing system and older people can get pushed around and possibly injured in the crush that I experienced on my trip. The driver does his best to prioritise ticket holders however I would not enjoy another experience at a busy time.
