I don't know why the QR code I have couldn't work. And when I was in Washington, the bus driver didn't let me get on the bus. Even though I showed him my email, the information from the app, and my receipt. He just didn't trust me because he couldn't scan my QR code or find my information. I was helped by other passengers and he finally let me get on the bus. I was super frustrated. I think it's a system problem, and I wish next time when this happens, there should be someone help double check the information, but not just do nothing and don't let me get on the bus.
