My bus was late due to brake/engine issues with the coach. There was smoke coming from the lower cabin of the bus and we had to wait 2.5 hours for the next vehicle to pick us up. We were then packed on to an already full bus; this was very uncomfortable due to COVID

At Wilmington station, my check in baggage was missed and I took another baggage to my son's house.I am old 75 yrs and medicines are there in my missed suit case and sofar I made 42 callsfrom 5th Aug evening after I come home till now to different numbers of Greyhound , but most important thing is on 6th night Called me and said that he handed over my luggage at Newyork Grey hound customer Since he found my suit case in the end in bus. Even after I give that information also, so far they have not sent my baggage So far . If any thing happen to me, my family will definitely won't keep quiet. Do please see that my baggage comes to Wilmington today

I would like to make a complaint. I was in bus nr 86017 with registration plate K02-1386. It broke down during the journey so we couldn't reach our destination. We (passengers) spent 2 hours waiting for help from your stuff but nothing had happened. I decided to take Lyft then. Due to this situation I ask you for full refund of my ticket bought from Greyhound company.
