they were 25 minutes late stated that they would be there They were 25 minutes late stated that they would be there between five and 5:20 PM five between 515 and 5:20 PM. They arrived before that time and did not wait. The travel stop personnel told me that they hardly leave enough time for someone to get from the door to the bus stop, which is just across the street. Terrible service. No refunds allowed.
