We had a time for pick up 08:38am and had no communication that there would be a delay. When we called AlpineFleet more or less tried to tell us just to wait and wanted to hang up.
In the end they agreed to put us on hold and get hold if the driver. After that they said the driver would be with us within 10 minutes. When he finally turned up he told us he had a 9:15am pick-up scheduled...
We were lucky to have left a lot of time to go to the airport.

Departure time has changed and I was instructed to be at the bus station 25 minutes earlier than the original time. Regardless, the bus arrived 15 minutes late and therefore left about 20 minutes late..
The bus was also very cold. I was wearing a heavy Canada goose jacket with the hood. Other than that, it was fine. The communication with Alpine bus was very good and the people on the phone and on WhatsApp responded very quickly and politely.

Swiss Tours always supplies wonderful service. I always take it when I go to Chamonix from Geneva. This trip was Chamonix to Geneva at 8AM. The bus showed 30 minutes early and headed to Geneva right at 8. The driver was pleasant and an excellent driver. I felt safe with him. The bus was comfortable and clean.

The directions given by the company was incorrect for the pickup. The inside bus was dirty. The bus driver pulled over on the shoulder of the tollway to let out a passenger to relieve himself.

Good driver. Due to G7 summit meeting in Geneva the bus was later by 10 minutes, however this was unavoidable
At the next pick up a person asked a question that was clearly answered.
On the pick up two stops later the passenger didn't turn up. However another person was early for their bus and asked if they could catch this one. A phone call later and it was agreed she could.
That extra effort made a difference.

Awful. The trip was cancelled 30 min before the scheduled time with no reason. The staff at the bus station confirmed it was not even scheduled!! No other alternative was offered and I had to find a solution by myself. I will never book with such unreliable company.
