Bus Tickets from Chamonix Mont Blanc to Geneva

Changed time of transfer quite substantially meaning I was at the airport for over four hours

Very Bad, bus did not arrive, called helpdesk several times and after 90min wait a transfer was arranged, almost missed flight.

Terrible experience, bus didn’t turn up leaving us waiting in the cold and ringing constantly for updates. I had to demand a transfer to the airport in the end.

The bus was on time, very clean and comfortable, luggage storage was easy. Felt safe on the drive, great service.

Clean, polite driver but 6 minutes late leaving and 20 minutes late arriving which can make a difference when catching flights etc. this was not due to traffic.

The first bus that came was only to the airport of Geneva (even though is was the time of what I booked) so they send another one that only departed a hour later

The bus arrived late with another bus. It was written in large and bold letter « Geneva ». When I wanted to access, the driver said that this bus is not going to Geneva but coming from Geneva. We were 4 different people to be stuck in Chamonix…

Bus was late. Received email that delay 120 min. Bus came 60 min late without updating.

Coach was on time, driver polite and helpful. He drove very smoothly so we could enjoy the views and relax.

The bus turned up early before the scheduled departure time of 7 am, which was great. It arrived punctually at 8.30 am.

Everything was fine. Departed right on time and arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule.

Late departure. Express bus but it stopped several times. Had to change buses mid route. Basically a joke. I will never use this again

Very easy to book and locate the coach. Driver friendly and professional, journey pleasant.

Bus driver didn't have his papers in order and so we were held up at the swiss border for 1h20 causing me to miss my flight

Awful. The trip was cancelled 30 min before the scheduled time with no reason. The staff at the bus station confirmed it was not even scheduled!! No other alternative was offered and I had to find a solution by myself. I will never book with such unreliable company.
