Alanyalilar Bus started off great, providing water, coffee, tea and a muffin. The seats were clean and comfortable with free wifi on board which was great. Where this company fails is during their stops. With no toilet on the bus, and stops at stations being only five minutes (no exaggeration) there was no time to use the washroom. Our bus to Istanbul was 10 hours long, along with the short stops we also never stopped for food or had the opportunity to get snacks due to the rushed itinerary. They also overbooked their bus, resulting in a few people having to sit on the floor. Definitely room for improvement

Worst bus trip ever!!! We booked our tickets online from Alanya to Antalya and chose this company because it was the fastest and allowed a bag of 30 Kg per passanger. We thought it would be better than the public bus. We deposited our bags in the compartment and sat in our seats, to be surprised when the bus left by the driver’s assistant asking for a 100 TL (~4$) because our bags were very heavy. I told him that our tickets state 30 Kg, so he started shouting in Turkish. It was morning I didn’t want to ruin my day over a small amount of money so I just payed even though he never weighed the bags. We thought this was going to be the end of our problems, but suddenly the bus started stopping several times on the road, not just on the bus stop. After this, we hoped we used the public bus AA01 which would have been more respectable, especially after this bus arrived 30 mins late. Very bad experience, I recommend everyone to avoid this company.
