My seat was really comfortable i enjoyed during the trip and slept well about 1 hour,but at the first step when the reception wanted to control my ticket he didnt care about my question and he didnt speak english so he ignored to talk with me and a girl came and rechecked the ticket.

I do not have an experience 😐. I was unable to take the trip because our bus from Rio de Janeiro was extremely late getting to Sao Paulo. It arrived over 2 hours after departure of the ride from Cometa.
