I had a meeting in Rovinj that afternoon that I was late for because the bus was more than 40 minutes late arriving at Zagreb. None of the staff at the bus station gave us any information about why the bus was late and did not keep us updated.
It was 10 minutes late but it arrived on time (koper to trieste 7:56 am bus) so everything was cool! Decent bus/staff
A clean bus, pleasant and polite drivers. We set off on time, and arrived on time. Perfect!

I found buses and their timetables totally useless. No co-ordination. Had to get a taxi to the airport. When I arrived no buses matched and travelling between towns was a nightmare.
My flight leaves at 9pm tonight but I had leave Novigrad at 10.35 only bus. Then I tried to leave from Porec at 3 but only bus was at 8.30.

Avoid at all costs. The air conditioning didn’t work, it said the route was direct, had a stop, the drivers took a 30 minute smoke break. Totally pathetic.

Bus arrived 1:25 hrs late and, as a result, arrived late to Zagreb by the same amount. We weren’t told anything at the departing station (Ljubljana), we just had to wait by the platform and hope that a bus arrived. After 45 minutes of waiting, another driver came and told us to get on his bus but then changed his mind when he saw our tickets. It was very badly organised. When the bus arrived, some people had gotten off for a break so we did not know which seats were free - we had to wait for everyone to come back before we could sit down. Once on the bus, it was fine - border crossing was quick.
Very comfortable and clean bus, but there was some sort of mixup with the busses and we needed to wait for another one by the highway for at least 30 minutes.
The bus was late. My bag that had given to the man to store in the luggage area was gone when we looked for it. I thought somebody had stolen it. Then the chaffeur remembered that he taken it away in the back by the extrawheel. So I was relieved but it was very unprofessional
The bus was late for one hour and a half! When I called the service line about the delay, they told me it's gonna take 20-25min for the bus to come, I called 3 times and every time I got the same answer. It seems like they have zero communications and informations about the bus! Then we even had to change the bus in the middle of the way and continued with a van without air-condition! I'm completely disappointed!
Terrible company! The bus from Zagreb to Zadar (after the connection) left Zagreb 4 hours late, the staff did not give us right information or a good explanation, the company did not care about the clients!
Drivers(2) has reserved 8 seats in both the Buses for himself. Other passengers are allowed to occupy two seats one for bag one for sitting causing inconvenience for myself and my daughter. Can’t sit together. Asked the driver to accommodate but they refused. Will never book on your bus. In the Bys from Zadar to Zagreb drivers kept suitcase of himself in the seats each occupying 2 seats and refused give seats

I was travelling from Pula to Zagreb, Croatia. The reference number I got when i did the reservation couldn't be found at the Crnja Tours ticket office and a ticket couldn't be issued. after a long time negotiating and the man at the ticket office calling to different people, my booking could be tracked and I finally made it to the bus but unfortunately it was an unpleasant first experience with Crnja tours.
Bus was late on both trips - 30 minutes late for departure from Trieste and 1h30 min late for departure from Ljubljana. No explanation given for lateness. Very disappointing.
The bus didn't come at all. We weren't noticed, but we left our contacts and the company doesn't give any information at all.
