However, some passengers have noted concerns regarding other travelers consuming alcohol on board, which can create an uncomfortable environment. The service was great but what I did not like or felt uncomfortable with were other passengers consuming alcohol in the bus. This behaviour should not be tolerated because as a female passenger seating right next to someone who is drinking alcohol and drunk is very unsafe and uncomfortable.

The drivers are nice and made sure that all passengers are all the bus before we took off, just that the bus had a small leg room and it arrived late at the destination

1. The bus was meant to leave Johannesburg at 19h45. We ended up leaving at 20h43. However, there were not delays arriving at the destination. 2. All charging ports that were promised were not operational. As a results I had to walk from durban station to the house since I could not make transport arrangements
