Citiliner User Reviews
Citiliner receives praise for its comfortable and smooth rides, with commendations for the great service provided by drivers. However, some passengers have noted concerns regarding other travelers consuming alcohol on board, which can create an uncomfortable environment. Addressing these issues could enhance the overall travel experience further while maintaining safety and comfort standards.
The service was great but what I did not like or felt uncomfortable with were other passengers consuming alcohol in the bus. This behaviour should not be tolerated because as a female passenger seating right next to someone who is drinking alcohol and drunk is very unsafe and uncomfortable.

The staff was very helpful I enjoy the comfortable seats and the breaks in between your journey .What I dis liked is I saw cockrotches coming out from the windowsill before we departure time from the buse that departed Durban station at 22:09 yesterday. I was sitting on the top compartment front sit on the right side.I also saw used gums that people used and disposed on the windowsill.

The trip was good. The seats were very comfortable and all the drivers were well experienced. The only issue i have is that I was never refunded a ticket I bought last year July, I called and emailed till today I never got any response.

The bus was on time and stuck to its scheduled route and stops. It was raining and from where I was seated there was a leak from the roof, I brought this to the attention of the driver.
