Citiliner receives praise for its comfortable seats and friendly drivers, who ensure timely arrivals. However, several reviews mention issues such as broken air conditioning covers, unclean toilets lacking water or soap, and non-functional charging points. Additionally, some passengers experienced delays due to traffic or early departures by the bus drivers.

The bus left on the scheduled time, smooth ride, and got to my destination earlier than expected. The driver/staff was friendly and helpful. Now I know who to book with for my next trip

Did not enjoy the quality of the bus used that had zero airconditioning and felt like the bus was driving too fast however i enjoyed receiving notification ahead of time regarding changes due to road closures and how the bus came ahead of time and we left Durban at the scheduled time and the overall trip was satisfactory.

Positive Bus was on time ,Driver navigated the bus very well in wet weather conditions & potholes. Negative: Not being told in advance about other bus stops , not aware about the bus going to Vereeniging. * Waisting time when one passenger (an elderly women)had hoped to be dropped in , she had to wait in another stop and it was raining. * No chargers in the bus. * Cold aircon even when the weather has changed to cold along the waL
