The bus drivers were helpful. The 2 men inside the terminal in QC, were only fair. They were not friendly and one of them just kept telling me to go to door #5. Not helpful. I needed to understand why Jonquiere was the last stop, but Alma was beyond. He then said "petit transfer". He could have listened better in the first place. Would not recommend him for any job.

The bus driver was very courteous snd helped me with my suitcase. The bus left on time and arrived on time. The bus was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend Intercar bus service.
