Orléans Express receives praise for its punctuality and professional drivers, ensuring a smooth travel experience. However, some passengers noted discomfort due to limited seat recline and cold air conditioning. Additionally, there were occasional issues with Wi-Fi connectivity and confusion regarding bus stops or ticketing options that could be improved for better clarity.

The bus was at the stop early and loading went very smoothly. The driver was fantastic and I was so grateful for his duty of care and that he came in to work to cover someone who called in sick. We even arrived earlier than expected!

My luggage was small comparatively to other travellers but my suitcase was placed under 3 other larger hard shelled suitcases. Worst than being crushed, my suitcase was handed to me drenched with dirty water soaking through to all my clothing. So I start my weekend away having to launder everything I had washed the night prior. Not sure why the luggage compartment was so entirely wet. I have a soft shell suitcase and the driver should know better than to lay something like this on the bottom of the compartment that hard already been clearly filled with dirty water from the snow. This is the first time this has happened to me but that loading error cost me more than my bus ticket. Very disappointed.

The trip was canceled, but there was no information, and I wasn't refunded. I understand that the weather turned bad and there was a lot of snow, which is why it was canceled, but there was no information, and I was hoping and waiting, hoping for the trip. It wasn't until I called that I learned the flight was cancelled.
